Cancellation Policy

Indigo Thrive Cancellation Policy

Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another
client the opportunity to schedule. A lot of groundwork goes into preparing for a
reading or product shipment. To ensure the best possible service to all patrons, if a

cancellation must occur, please cancel timely.

Service
Upon purchase of service, patron has until 12 hours prior to service time to cancel
without a cancellation fee. If appointment is canceled 12 hours or less from
appointment time there will be a nonrefundable $75 fee.

Products
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of order submission. After that, products
will need to be shipped back upon delivery before a partial refund is granted.

How to Cancel Your Appointment
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can use your website dashboard,
contact the owner via email, phone, or text.
